Grammar Department aims to prepare the student , researcher, teacher and then to later to be
skilled in Arabic language rules (Metric and Morphology) as well as Syntax science that qualifies the
student to be realized of all syntax and grammar rules with its origin and subsidiary issues, and also
with Khalili syntax and modern issues through looking forward to all the seas and all its disadvantages
, poetry music , the rhyme and its disadvantages.
Then they will be trained on the practical applications of the HolyQuran , prophetic tradition , poetry
of the Arabs and the parables. Inaddition to the new models and good interest in the rehabilitation of
academic courses, taking into account a modern and advanced methods
It has been established department of Morphology, Grammar and Syntax by establishing the faculty in the academic year ,1982,and this as for the first university year (BA) but it was established at 1987 for the second year. Dr. / Mohamed Mahmoud Khalifa is the first one who discussed Master in it and has got excellent grade. Now he is head of the current section and has discussed only one researcher before him, however, he is from the Faculty of Arts, Dr. / Bahaa Ali Hassanein Jafar Those following persons have head presidency of Morphology, Grammar and Syntax department:- Prof. Dr./ Mohammed Salah El-Deen Mustafa Baker the first one who was employed this position at the beginning of establishing the faculty, then he became faculty Vice Dean and moved to the University of Fayoum where he employed the position of faculty Dean. He is one of the members in the Promotion Committee Prof. Dr. / Amer Mohammed Mohammed Hassan is the second head of the section اProf. Dr. / Mohamed Mamdouh Abd el Rahman Remaly Prof. Dr. / Rajab Mohammed Suleiman Prof. Dr. / Mohamed Khalifa Mahmoud The current head and even the responsible of editing information to( the electronic portal) He is also member of the Committee Chairman which prepared the new list of specified hours of postgraduate studies (Master's - doctorate).
